Delete your account
You can delete your Freezy account and everything in it at any time. No email to write, no waiting on us — it happens the moment you confirm.
In the app
- 1Open Freezy and go to the Profile tab.
- 2Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- 3Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete forever.
We ask for your password again even though you're already signed in, so nobody can wipe your account from an unlocked phone.
What happens
Deleted immediately
- Your name, email and phone number
- Your vibe profile and weekly preferences
- Your saved home location
- Every plan we built for you, and your feedback on them
- Your entire chat history
- Your notification token
Kept
A record of any payment you made — amount, date and the payment reference — with your name and email stripped out. Indian tax law requires us to keep transaction records, but on its own that record identifies nobody.
Can't get into the app?
Email hello@planfreezy.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. We action requests within 30 days, usually far sooner. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you.
A few things worth knowing
- Deleting is permanent. We can't restore an account afterwards, even if you ask the next day.
- If your subscription is still running, deleting doesn't refund the remaining days.
- Your email address becomes free again — you can sign up fresh with it whenever you like.
- Want to keep your account but remove your location? Profile → “Skip places near home” erases just that.
